I forgot to post this week’s menu! My bad. So, without further ado…

Fruits and Veggies: carrots, celery, one avocado, tomatoes, bananas, spinach, Persian cucumbers, bell peppers, one pear, two Gala apples, kale

    I’ve never been a menu planner, but I think I should start, because your meals sound so good! I tend to just throw together whatever I have on hand because of my disorganisation :S

    Off to check out the quinoa risotto now!
